Management at the Backlot is impeccable. I had an issue with my AC, and I contacted Will, the property specialist, and he addressed the issue and resolved it within the hour. Will is very generous with his time and makes you feel welcomed to approach him with any needs or concerns you may have. Management has been a definite highlight during my residency.
Marcus the property manager and Will the assistant property manager was very professional and attentive through every process there was in my move-in. The unit is beautiful and surrounded by a seemingly peaceful Oasis. I think I'm going to Love this place.
Absolutely LOVE living here. Moved in end of June 2021. Although they are still under construction, we enjoy the atmosphere and the amenities. Will Baker (leasing specialist) was EXTREMELY easy to work with along with Marcus Lewis (community manager). Communication is open and response time is fast! Our home is beautiful! Thank you so much to the staff here at Hollywood Backlot Bungalows!

So many times people tell the bad experiences, well i'm here to tell tje positive. This is really a hard time for me during Covid .. My family and i all ja e been affect by this virus. And when i call to the office to try and fivure out whats my next moves because im so lost right mow. Willie is so helpful just his kind words and welcoming tone over the phone makes a big difference when you are down to your last. Thank you Willie

I was giving a tour by gentleman named Willie Baker. He gave me a tour of the model home which I liked and he explained the grounds as well as what is being done to the property itself. I like the fact that he was thorough and allowed me to ask questions without rushing me. Is knowledge of the property and customer service skills were really good and he was very professional.
